Account Responsibility

1. Security of Credentials

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VoltNexis AI account, passwords, and API keys. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected security breaches.

2. Liability for API Usage

Any API usage associated with your account keys will be billed to you, regardless of whether the usage was authorized by you. It is imperative that you do not hardcode API keys in public repositories or client-side applications.

3. Consequences of Misuse

Account sharing, circumvention of trial limits through multiple sign-ups, or any violation of our policies will result in immediate suspension. We reserve the right to revoke access and forfeit any remaining prepaid credits in cases of severe misuse.
