1. Unsolicited Content and Spam

VoltNexis AI APIs and interfaces may not be used to generate mass unsolicited communications. This includes the automated generation of spam emails, deceptive marketing materials, fake product reviews, and coordinated bot network activity on social media platforms.

2. Harmful and Illegal Content Generation

Generation of content that promotes violence, terrorism, child exploitation, self-harm, or discrimination against protected classes is strictly forbidden. We actively monitor API abuse and employ automated filters to prevent the dissemination of restricted materials.

3. API Abuse and Rate Limiting

You agree to respect the infrastructure of VoltNexis AI. Automated abuse, unauthorized web scraping of our endpoints, bypassing of rate limits via IP rotation, or attempting to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition will lead to immediate IP blacklisting and account termination.

4. Intellectual Property & Reverse Engineering

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary platform infrastructure, system prompts, safety filters, or the underlying AI foundational models. Extracting model weights, bypassing safety guardrails, or cloning our service architecture violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
