To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoltNexis Digital Core and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your reliance on AI outputs or your inability to use the service.

3. Service Interruptions

VoltNexis AI relies on complex upstream APIs. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may occasionally experience latency, outages, or scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for any disruptions caused by third-party provider outages or broader network failures.
