Users must be aware that AI outputs do not represent factual guarantees.

2. User Responsibility & Validation

You are entirely responsible for the way you utilize the content generated by VoltNexis AI. You must independently review, verify, and validate all AI-generated outputs before relying upon them, publishing them, or integrating them into external applications. Do not use AI outputs as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, or financial matters.

3. Prohibited Malicious Use

You are strictly prohibited from using VoltNexis AI to generate material that is illegal, harmful, or explicitly designed to cause damage. This includes, but is not limited to, the generation of malware, zero-day exploits, phishing templates, hate speech, deepfakes for non-consensual purposes, and any form of automated harassment. Violations will result in permanent account suspension and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
