Requesting Deletion

• In-App: Go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account.
• Email: Send a request to support@voltnexis.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email ID.

What Data is Deleted?

• Your name, email, and phone number.
• Your saved addresses and profile photos.
• Your chat history and saved preferences.
• Your booking history and feedback records.

Data Retention for Legal Compliance

We may retain certain information for legal, auditing, and business purposes as required by law. This includes transaction records, invoices, and service completion logs for tax and regulatory compliance. Such data is retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by Indian financial regulations.

Processing Time

Once requested, account deletion is usually processed within 30 days. During this time, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible to you and to Service Providers.
