FixMitra Provider Terms of Service
1. Relationship
As a Service Provider on FixMitra, you are an independent contractor. There is no employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and VoltNexis Digital Core.
2. Onboarding & Verification
Providers must provide accurate identification, address proof, and professional certifications. VoltNexis reserves the right to background check any provider before activation on the platform.
3. Service Standards
You agree to maintain high professional standards, arrive on time for bookings, and complete jobs with quality. Consistently low ratings (below 4.0) may result in account suspension.
4. Payments & Commissions
VoltNexis charges a platform commission on each successful booking. Payments are collected from customers and settled to your wallet. You can withdraw your earnings according to the settlement cycle (T+2 days) after job completion.
5. Mandates & Wallet
To use the platform, providers may be required to set up a payment mandate (via Razorpay) for platform fees and security deposits. You are responsible for ensuring your wallet information is accurate.
6. Direct Solicitation
Providers are strictly prohibited from soliciting customers booked through FixMitra for direct off-platform services. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of wallet balance.
7. Tools & Equipment
You are responsible for providing all tools, equipment, and materials required to perform the services unless otherwise specified in the booking details.
