FixMitra Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before scheduled time: Full refund.
- 2–24 hours before scheduled time: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
- Less than 2 hours before scheduled time: No refund (minimum visit charge applies).
2. Refund Eligibility
- The Service Provider fails to show up for the scheduled job.
- The service provided is significantly different from what was booked.
- Duplicate payments made due to technical errors.
3. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, or wallet) via Razorpay. It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with the quality of service, please report it within 48 hours of completion. We will investigate and may offer a re-service or a partial refund at our discretion.
5. Provider Cancellations
If a Provider cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund automatically, and we will assist you in finding an alternative Provider if needed.
