FixMitra Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FixMitra (the "Platform"), operated by VoltNexis Digital Core, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

FixMitra is a technology platform that enables users to book various home services (like plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, etc.) provided by independent third-party service providers ("Providers"). VoltNexis does not provide the services themselves; we facilitate the connection between you and the Providers.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments for services booked through FixMitra are processed via our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Platform, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Users may cancel bookings subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. Providers may also cancel or reschedule jobs in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You must treat Providers with respect and provide a safe environment for them to perform their work.

7. Limitation of Liability

VoltNexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on the Platform.
