1. PureParent Shop
Most products in the PureParent hub are fulfilled by third-party sellers or affiliate partners. For such products, the return and refund policies of the respective seller apply.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
If you purchase a premium plan or digital tool directly from PureParent, refunds are generally available within 7 days if the service has not been substantially utilized. Contact support for specific cases.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you encounter an issue with a purchase made through the app, please contact support@voltnexis.in. We will act as a mediator to help resolve issues with third-party sellers where possible.
